Welcome and thank you for using Awesome Habits. These Terms and conditions govern your use of our mobile and desktop applications, as well as our website (“Services”).
By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Awesome Habits is developed by Michal Tuma, based in the Czech Republic. Throughout these Terms, we refer to ourselves as “we”, “our”, or “our team”.
Awesome Habits helps you build better habits and reduce unwanted ones. You can use the app without creating an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and can optionally be synchronized through Apple iCloud if enabled in your system settings. We do not access or manage your iCloud account.
While you may choose to use the app for reminders related to health, medication, or other important tasks, we do not design the app for such purposes and cannot guarantee timely notifications or outcomes.
Awesome Habits is available through the Apple App Store and Setapp.
If you download the app from the App Store, you can access basic features for free. Additional features may be unlocked through in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and conditions, including payment and refund policies.
If you access the app through Setapp—or activate it using a Setapp QR code—all features are unlocked while your Setapp subscription is active. Your subscription and billing relationship in this case is directly with Setapp.
We do not process any payments ourselves.
All content and code in the app and on our website are the property of Michal Tuma unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our materials in any unauthorized way.
You agree not to use our Services in any unlawful or abusive manner, including but not limited to:
We do not use third-party analytics, ads, or trackers. We do not collect any personal data. For more details, see our Privacy policy.
We provide the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of the app or website. You are solely responsible for how you use the Services and any content you create.
We may update these Terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes means you accept the updated version. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
